Any information submitted on CCC's websites is subject to our Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will not rent or sell your personal information to other entities, or in any other way share it.

Emails and Electronic Forms
The Personal Information collected by CCC when users send us an email, or if users complete and submit one of the electronic forms on our website, generally includes their email address and may also include some personal information. In all cases and at all times, this personal information will only be used for the stated purposes: newsletter subscription, to provide feedback on the quiz, to respond to a question or inquiry, to provide information about CCC, to confirm registration, to provide registrants with additional program information

CCC records users' email address and personal information in the following instances

• When users subscribe to and receive the CCC newsletter;
• When users apply for certified coach training; 
• When users send feedback via CCC's contact email or electronic forms;
• When users register for an CCC event or special promotion using an online form;
• When users respond to an email from an CCC staff member; or
• When users enroll in an CCC course or program.

CCC's websites and its contents are provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of CCC's websites, any interruptions, failures, or delays in the delivery of any content contained on CCC's websites, any losses or damages arising from the use of the content provided on CCC's websites, or any conduct by users of CCC's websites. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold CCC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, employees, and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements) which arise directly or indirectly out of or from (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any allegation that any materials that you submit to CCC or post on message boards infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trade secret, trademark or other intellectual property rights of a third party, and (iii) your access or use of the Sites and/or the Services. This indemnification shall survive in the event this agreement is terminated for any reason.  Because this program is just one step, Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Center for Coaching Certification, their representatives or agents, for any actions resulting from independent work.  Participant further agrees that if there is a dispute or violation of this agreement, any legal action shall occur in the state of South Carolina.  The parties hereby agree to Mediation in South Carolina prior to the commencement of legal action.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of CCC and protected by US and international copyright laws. All content included on CCC's websites, including text, graphics, photographs, button icons, images, audio/video clips, logos, designs, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CCC or its suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. They should not be reproduced or used without express written permission from CCC.
