Certified Master Coach Program Overview
Open to those who have earned their Certified Professional Coach designation, earning the Certified Master Coach designation begins with live participation in six 90-minute webinars* with pre-work and report assignments (1-2 pages written) explained during each webinar (anticipate an average of 45 minutes for each pre-work and report assignment).
During the program, you will facilitate a group coaching session and participate in group coaching sessions each week.
For the coaching practicum, you will coach, be coached, and observe coaching.
In the last webinar you will be assigned a final report of two pages.
Successfully complete these requirements and you earn your Certified Master Coach designation!
*Webinars are at 8 PM Eastern, 7 PM Central, 6 PM Mountain, 5 PM Pacific
Learning Outcomes: By the end of the session participants will be able to:

Final Report: 2 pages - Overview a coaching situation, detail strategies implemented, and describe the outcomes.
(Submit assignments using 12 point Times New Roman single-spaced with 1 inch margins)
Coaching Sessions:
- Create your bio for submission to the coaches in the group and email to your trainer.
- Review the bios of the coaches in the group and make a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice for which coach you want for two sessions.
- When you receive your assigned coach, client, and observation, schedule your sessions and notify the trainer.
- Complete your sessions in the allotted time and submit the evaluations.
Group Coaching:
- Outline the format of your group and submit to your trainer.
- Watch the schedule for group coaching session and be prepared.
- Actively participate in the group coaching sessions.
Continuing Education to Maintain Certification:
12 hours every two years. Visit the continuing education page on this website to explore possibilities. Training programs you attend through work or professional development that are pertinent to Coaching may be accepted.

The full program fee to earn your Certified Master Coach designation is $1495. This includes the six webinars, assignments, and coaching practicum required for certification, and access to the Coaches page on this site with tools, session questionnaires, and more. Inclusion in the www.FindaCertifiedCoach.com database is optional.
Cancellation Policy: In the event you must cancel participation, up to seven days prior to the start of the first program webinar you may request a refund of the amount less a twenty percent processing fee; six days or less prior to the start of the first program webinar you may request a refund of fifty percent of the registration. You may transfer your full registration to someone else up to three days prior to the start of the first webinar.
